What is Tantra?

The word "tantra" is from Sanskrit (the sacred language of the Hindu culture and buddhism) and is translated as “woven together.” Tantra is manifest by integrating sexual energy into a spiritual practice, and is a path to heart expansion, healing, peace, pleasure, and a divine connection with the Universe.Tantra is a form of sacred sexuality from the Hindu culture, a 5,000 year old tradition. It has been called the yoga of sex, full body spirituality, and the science of ecstasy.

Tantra describes a movement of energy, an honoring and blending of the feminine and masculine, a welling up within us, of joyous excitation. Unlike forms of meditation that cause us to withdraw from the world of senses, Tantra encourages us to start with the senses, building on their ability to focus us in the present moment. This energy need not be explicitly sexual; all sensual experience is appreciated as a tool for awakening the energy within us. In the moment that we shift from overt physical pleasure to an internal joy, to a focus on the internal movement of energy, the subtle nature of our being is exposed and Tantra takes place.

What can Tantra practices do for me/us?

As your Tantra Practitioner (Goddess) I can teach individuals or couples simple skills to enhance their sex life, feel more energized or simply re-ignite that spark in their relationship over a series of sessions…. consisting of a variety of exercises, methods and tools that have been tried and tested…. What is Tantric Massage?

Tantra Massage is less like a massage and more like an all-over pleasuring and body energizer it will ignite of your senses - sight, smell, taste, sound and touch. All you have to do is relax into receiving the pleasure and learn a simple way to gain and maintain your control and you will feel bliss, euphoria, energy and inner vitality. A Tantric Massage is a very healing, nurturing, intimate, relaxing and stress relieving, sensual massage, during which your whole body is pleasured and if you allow yourself to fully surrender to the process, you can experience erotic trance like states. The intention of the massage is to honor you as a sexual-spiritual being, throughout the massage I use my special, intuitive, sensitive and sensual techniques to bring our bodies into harmony together, and then to awaken your sexual energy and skillfully with your participation, spread it around your body. You will be invited to breathe deeply, remain present, aware but relaxed, and then to expand your sexual energy upwards and inwards. This can result in amazing extended orgasmic states that go on and on, but more importantly, the aim is to draw your sexual life force energy from your base chakra to your heart chakra which helps to balance the masculine and feminine aspects within you. So you leave feeling very centered, relaxed, inspired and sometimes even transformed. We are all always transforming, and this can be one of those experiences that open you up to deeper investigation into yourself and into the deeper realms of sex and sexual energy.

Learn how to give a Tantric Massage to a woman. Learn ancient knowledge and the world’s most up to date insights into awakening a woman’s feminine sexual energy. If you have a female friend or partner who may enjoy the pampering while you learn they are welcome to attend or you can simply seek instruction from myself.
